Two Plain English designs converge and coalesce in this urban kitchen. The modular, Osea Island anchors the room, which is encased in uninterrupted slabs of honed Carrara marble, lit naturally from above. The earthiness of an antique sawn Belgian Fossil Stone worktop, and Spitalfields cupboards with Fournier doors painted in ‘Army Camp’ inject texture and warmth. Full-height metal screens with reeded glass complete this monolithic, muscular design.
